I’ve done the things. I’ve opened the businesses, ran the businesses and successfully sold the businesses. I’ve opened 7 restaurants from concept to build out. I’ve hosted retreats, workshops and events. I’m a keynote speaker, small business award winner and community leader. I’ve navigated the enormous amount of construction, marketing, government paperwork, licenses, permits, and so much more that comes with opening and running a business. And I’m here to share all of the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years with you. The road to successful business ownership can be overwhelming and lonely. I will be by your side on the journey.

I didn’t do it alone. I had a village of people that have helped me along the way. When I opened our first restaurant in 2008 I had no idea what I was doing. So I set out to learn, ask questions, gather information and create a community of people who became emotionally vested partners in my success. By creating collaborative opportunities with other businesses and continually making connecting with my customers a priority, I have witnessed first hand the incredible benefits of when your community supports your business.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP ONE
Let’s connect. Following an email conversation we will set up a 30 minute consultation phone call to see if my skills can benefit your needs.
STEP TWO
Once we decide to work together, I will craft an outline of work to be accomplished and a time frame to do so. My consulting projects are based on a 6, 8 or 12 week time frame. My goal is to quickly identify challenges and swiftly implement solutions.
STEP THREE
We will meet once a week either in person or via zoom. In addition to our meetings, we will be setting and achieving goals to be met each week to get you and your businesses to where it desires to be.

On the other hand, a coach facilitates the learning, growth, and self-discovery of the individual or team they are working with. While our approach leans more towards the consultant side, we will be your number one fan every step of the way.
