Meet Meena—a CPA by trade, a wellness enthusiast by heart. For the past 15 years, she's been helping companies navigate the often-overwhelming world of finance, but along the way, she realized that true abundance isn't just about what's in your bank account. It's about feeling energized, healthy, and excited about life. That's what led her to Arbonne, where she found a community and products that aligned with her values around clean ingredients and holistic wellness.
Now, Meena gets to blend her two passions in a way that actually makes sense: helping women build businesses that are not only good for their health and schedules but also surprisingly smart from a tax perspective. At her table, she'll be sharing Arbonne's clean beauty and wellness products, talking about the flexible business opportunity (because who doesn't want more control over their income?), and letting you in on some of those tax advantages that business owners get to enjoy. Whether you're wellness-curious, looking for an additional income stream, or just want to chat about how to keep more of your hard-earned money, she'd love to connect with you.

Alexandra Mohamadi, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT is a physical therapist, lifelong athlete, and founder of Reframed Physical Therapy. Her path to the profession began after sustaining her own injury, a turning point that shifted her from human rights work to healing through movement. She holds a doctorate from Samuel Merritt University, is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and is among the small percentage of PTs who have completed advanced fellowship training, which she did through Bellin College. Drawing from her global travels, yoga training in Rishikesh, and love for adventure, Alexandra brings a broad perspective to how the human body and mind adapt, recover, and thrive.
In her practice, Alexandra blends evidence-based orthopedic treatments with pain science, mindfulness, and holistic care. She works with everything from complex orthopedic conditions to pelvic floor dysfunction and orofacial myofunctional issues (ie snoring and jaw clenching), always taking a person-centered approach that looks beyond tissues to the whole human experience. Having lived with chronic pain herself, she developed Pain in Panorama, an 8-week program that integrates neuroscience and mindfulness to help people shift their relationship with pain. Her mission is to empower patients to see pain differently, move with confidence, and reclaim trust in their bodies.

Hi, I’m Emily Watson, founder and director of Artemisia Academy of Herbal Arts & Healing in Santa Barbara, California. As a certified clinical herbalist, nutritionist, and retired massage therapist, I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, the earth, and their innate wisdom to heal. My path has taken me from farming apprenticeships to years of studying herbal medicine, nutrition, bodywork, Medical Qi Gong, and holistic health. Through this journey, I’ve learned that true healing begins with healing ourselves first — listening to our bodies, tending our energy, and creating healthy boundaries to protect our time, vitality, and joy.
For over a decade, I’ve guided herbalists and holistic practitioners to turn their love for plants and wellness into sustainable, thriving practices. At Artemisia Academy, we weave together holistic self-care, practical business tools, and plant wisdom to help women create balanced lives and meaningful work. My mission is to support women in reclaiming their power as healers and entrepreneurs — so they can fully support themselves, their land, and their communities.

At Goleta MyoWorks we help people rediscover the power of healthy breathing and optimal oral function through personalized myofunctional therapy. Whether you’re an adult struggling to breathe comfortably through your nose, noticing tension in your jaw or neck, clenching or grinding your teeth, or snoring at night, therapy can make a meaningful difference. Many also seek care to improve breath control for activities like singing, yoga, or working out. Our goal is to retrain the muscles of the tongue, face, and airway to work in harmony—so breathing, posture, and overall wellness feel natural and effortless again.
Founded by Tatiana, a dental hygienist turned myofunctional therapist, the practice takes a holistic, collaborative approach to care. Tatiana works closely with ENTs, orthodontists, physical therapists, and bodyworkers to ensure every aspect of function is supported. Having personally experienced myofunctional therapy, and upper jaw expansion, she understands what it takes to restore balance and lasting change. Her passion lies in empowering clients with awareness, practical tools, and simple daily habits that lead to healthier breathing, better sleep, and greater confidence in both body and mind.
Dr. Shannon Barrett is a Physical Therapist, Certified Therapeutic Pain Specialist, and Registered Yoga Teacher. After becoming frustrated with the limitations of high-volume, insurance-based clinics, she founded SB Mindful Momentum Physical Therapy in Santa Barbara and Montecito. Shannon specializes in treating chronic pain and orthopedic conditions, blending evidence-based physical therapy with mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and pain neuroscience education. Her approach focuses on helping patients understand why they hurt — empowering them to feel more connected, confident, and in control of their healing. She is especially passionate about making strength training accessible for women, and she enjoys working with older adults on fall prevention and functional mobility to support long-term independence.
Shannon’s work is deeply shaped by personal experience. After witnessing the impact of opioid addiction in her family, she became committed to offering a different path to pain relief — one grounded in movement, education, and meaningful lifestyle change rather than medication or surgery. Today, she works with a wide range of individuals, from women navigating menopause and muscle loss to those healing from chronic pain and fear of movement. Above all, Shannon is dedicated to helping people reduce pain, improve function, and rebuild trust in their bodies — so they can move freely and live joyfully.
